My father once said "I don't believe in reincarnation, but if I did, I would want to come back as one of Elizabeth's dogs." This pretty much sums up how much I love my four legged family members....and when I married Phil, I was lucky enough to add another furry companion to the mix.
The leader of the doggies, and let's face it - the entire household - is my little Pippin. She is six pounds of pure attitude.
The one that keeps us on our toes, is Roxy, a twenty pound Boston terrier, who is more than a little neurotic. She has some strange behaviors and habits that are best not mentioned here, but we love her despite them! She is 100% personality.
The love of the group is Merit...who I like to refer to as 90 pounds of PURE CHOCOLATE THUNDER!! She is the most beautiful chocolate lab I've ever seen. Always eager to please and so loyal it brings tears to my eyes.
They are the most amazing and loving companions that a person could have and I consider myself very lucky that they choose to love me.
